For .uk domains - please read through the terms and conditions for .uk domain name registration at Nominet's site. Dispute resolution for .uk domain names can be provided by Nominet's Dispute Resolution Service.

For other domains - you are bound by the Tucows.com Registration Agreement and the ICANN Uniform Domain Name Dispute Policy (UDRP).
